And its first show will walk you through the most far-reaching--and controversial--element of the House Republican Tax Plan, the destination-based cash flow tax. The host of Taxology is Kathy Schalch, a veteran of National Public Radio. Through interviews with experts at TPC and elsewhere, Kathy breaks down the border adjustable tax (the BAT) to explain how this new business tax would work and what it might mean for firms and consumers.

We hope that Taxology will become a regular TPC feature as we look for new ways to make the often-arcane details of tax policy understandable. It will supplement our many other tools, including TaxVox, our Briefing Book, and our ongoing analysis of tax proposals.
