This week’s guest: Timothy J. Bartik, Senior Economist, W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research

The Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center (TPC) is holding a series of online conversations on policy responses to the COVID-19 economy. This week, our guest is Timothy J. Bartik (@TimBartik), senior economist at the W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research and one of the nation’s experts on economic development. He’ll talk with TPC senior fellow Howard Gleckman (@howard_gleckman) about the economic sectors most affected by the current recession and policies that can help local and regional economies recover.
