Table shows the effect on the distribution of federal taxes, by expanded cash income level, relative to current law in 2021 of the Economic Impact Payments (recovery rebates for individuals) in H.R. 1319, The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, as passed by the Senate. This Senate version of the payments includes a faster phase-out for higher income tax units than the version of the bill originally passed by the House.
